TreeCareAI is a product of Arbor Business Company (Arbor BC).

By using TreeCareAI services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a professional and transparent relationship between you (the Client) and Arbor BC.

1. No Long-Term Contracts

TreeCareAI operates on a monthly subscription basis. You are not locked into a long-term contract. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your services at any time with proper notice (see Section 2).

2. Cancellation Policy

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any service. Notice must be submitted via email to your account manager or to [email protected].

• Services and billing will continue through the 30-day notice period.

• No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

• Annual prepaid plans are nonrefundable and will remain active through the end of the prepaid term unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Domain Ownership

TreeCareAI does not purchase or register domains on your behalf. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain name through your preferred registrar (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).

We will assist with connecting your domain to the TreeCareAI platform if provided with the appropriate login credentials or DNS access.

4. Ownership of Data and Deliverables

Upon cancellation, you are entitled to receive all essential business data from your TreeCareAI account, including:

• Full client and lead list

• Website content and image files

• CRM data including notes, communication logs, and appointments

• Email marketing campaigns and templates

• Ad creatives and basic performance data (if ads were managed)

This information will be delivered in digital format (CSV, PDF, or ZIP file) within 7 business days of final service termination.
Some proprietary system configurations or internal automations may not be transferable due to platform limitations.

5. Access and Usage

You agree to provide Arbor BC with the necessary access to platforms and tools required to deliver your services, including but not limited to your domain registrar, social media accounts, Google Business Profile, CRM settings, or payment processors.

Failure to provide timely access may impact service delivery but does not pause billing unless agreed to in writing.

6. Service Changes and Pricing

You may request plan upgrades or add-ons at any time. These changes will be reflected on your next billing cycle. Arbor BC reserves the right to adjust pricing or service inclusions and will provide 30 days advance notice of any material changes.

7. Results Disclaimer

Arbor BC does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as the number of leads, sales, or SEO rankings. While we use industry best practices, success depends on many factors outside of our control including market conditions, competition, and your own operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arbor BC is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages, account mismanagement, or client errors. You agree that Arbor BC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of TreeCareAI services.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for TreeCareAI, submitting payment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
